Eligibility for Refunds
7-Day Limited Usage Refund
We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:
Refund Window: Within 7 days of your initial payment date
Usage Requirement: You have completed fewer than 3 AI image generations since subscribing
Application: This policy applies to:
- New subscriptions (monthly and annual)
- Plan upgrades from Free to paid tiers
- Plan upgrades between paid tiers (Lite to Pro)
What Qualifies as "Generation"
A generation is counted when:
- You successfully create an AI image using text-to-image functionality
- You successfully create an AI image using image-to-image functionality
- The generation process completes and produces downloadable content
- This applies regardless of whether you download or save the generated image
Automatic Refund Validation
Our system automatically tracks:
- Your subscription date and payment timestamp
- Total number of AI generations completed
- Credit usage and generation history
- Refund eligibility status in real-time
Refund Exclusions
No Refund Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following circumstances:
Usage Threshold Exceeded: If you have completed 3 or more generations
Time Limit Exceeded: Requests made after 7 days from the payment date
Partial Month Usage: No prorated refunds for partial month usage
Credit Consumption: Using credits for generations, even if unsuccessful, counts toward the 3-generation limit
Multiple Subscriptions: Refunds apply per subscription; users with multiple accounts cannot combine usage across accounts
Non-Refundable Items
- Credits: Individual credit purchases (if offered separately)
- Add-ons: Additional features or services purchased separately
- Cancelled Subscriptions: Subscriptions cancelled mid-billing period
- Policy Violations: Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
Subscription Types and Refund Terms
Monthly Subscriptions
- Lite Monthly ($14.99): Eligible for refund if fewer than 3 generations within 7 days
- Pro Monthly (starting at $25): Eligible for refund if fewer than 3 generations within 7 days
- Dynamic Pricing: Custom Pro amounts eligible under same conditions
Annual Subscriptions
- Lite Yearly ($9.99/month - $119.88/year): Eligible for refund if fewer than 3 generations within 7 days
- Pro Yearly (starting at $20/month - $240/year): Eligible for refund if fewer than 3 generations within 7 days
- Annual Credit Distribution: Even though credits are distributed monthly, refund eligibility is based on total generations since annual payment

Partial Refunds
